Fundraising

Make a Donation to Post 7383

VFW Post 7383 is actively involved in the community and provides youth scholarships and assistance to the local community. Our buildings are older - they and the property require a lot of upkeep. The Post also maintains a fund for the purpose of assisting honorably-discharged veterans who are experiencing financial difficulty. This fund is replenished by automatic deductions from various Post accounts and by many fund-raising efforts throughout the year, but it never seems to be enough.

Addtionally, the Post supports The Food Bank of Central and Eastern North Carolina and the Durham Veterans Administration Medical Center on a year-round basis.

All of this takes a lot of money, and what better way is there to show thanks to America's veterans than to make a charitable [and therefore tax-deductible] contribution to the Cary Franklin-Sloan Post 7383 of the Veterans of Foreign Wars? Every little bit helps.
