After input from the participants of our 2024 Tournament, we've made several changes for next year's Golf Tournament. We have engaged a company that specializes in running golf tournaments, and is backed by VFW National Headquarters.

Here are some of the changes:

• * Tournament has been scheduled so it doesn't conflict with Father's Day. The date is May 19, 2025 (Pre-Memorial Day).
• * We moved from the public Sanford Municipal Golf Course to the private 12 Oaks Golf Course in Holly Springs.
• * Format has changed from a Four Person Scramble to a Two Person Scramble.
• * Registration will only be done online - no payments or registration at the Post.
• * Individual/Team fee - $150/$300
• * Early Bird pricing if you register prior to Feb 1, 2025 ($125/$250).
• * The meal will be at the Golf Course itself and will be prepared and served by the Course Clubhouse staff.

We've also increased the number and type of sponsorships. The list is below, but for full details of each, please go the Tournament event page.

• * Tournament Title Sponsor (1) - $3000
• * Hole In One Sponsor (1) - $1500
• * Pin Flag Sponsor (18) - $250
• * Franklin Package (Hole Sponsor with booth/person at golf course) (18) - $200
• * Sloan Package (Hole Sponsor) (unlimited) - $150
• * Venue Sponsor (5) - $200
• * Meal Sponsor (5) - $200

You may notice that fees have gone up, but this is because we have moved from a very inexpensive municipal golf course to a much nicer private golf course.
